Alternative method for relaxed stretches
Previously I've advised folks on this forum to do relaxed stretches as folows: 1) Stretch to the point of tension. 2) Hold the position until the tension subsides. 3) Increase the stretch and hold again. 4) Repeat this cycle until you reach your maximum stretch. 5) Hold your maximum stretch for 30 seconds. Leg flexibility
hi, I was wondering, does anyone know god stretches for losening up the groin? I've ben doing buterfly stretches and stradle stretching for a year now and my knes are stil almost 90 degres from the flor in this position. Are there any other stretches I can do, because the rest of my legs are flexible and I can put my chin on my thighs with a double hamstring stretch and it's just realy uneven! How to stay relaxed?
Anybody want to share some ways on how to stay relaxed, or relax after geting al tensed up? Please? My method doesn't sem to work for me at al when practising backward rols. Usualy when I fel my self tensing up I take a dep breath and let it out with a kind of forceful sigh and I usualy relax. Problem is I either forget to exhale or I simply don't relax at al. Sleep regression? Teething? What is this??
Ok, so my almost 4 month old DS has slept in 3-4 hour stretches (with us)since wek 2. Last wek those stretches started geting longer and we had a couple of 5-6 hour stretches! I was very hapy but should have known not to get my hopes up. For the last thre nights he hasn't gone longer than 2 hours and last night it was mostly 1 hours stretches. Warmup Exercises/Stretches?
I just like to know if there are any god exercises or stretches or w/e to help warmup my struming arm (I use a pick) before playing b/c everytime I start playing, I can never finish the first song (I usualy play punk so its just a lot of fast down struming) and have to take a minute rest and then I'm god. Alternative Method fo Sankyo
If you can't se the pictures let me know. Sometimes, people find it dificult to aply Sankyo on me. It realy wont work, as a lock, unles it is aplied just right. Yes, if you torque my arm as though you were doing Sankyo, it would hurt. I am so angry at him.. I need to vent...
So we're going on 13.5 months of crapy slep here. Sure, we get a "god" night maybe twice a wek. where we get one or two 2-3 hour stretches, and then hourly stretches after that. sometimes I get to slep in past 6. but most nights it is hourly waking with a couple 15 minute stretches and lately his new thing is to stay awake for 2+ hours in the midle of the night. oh, and then there's the al night nursing marathons, where he wants to stay latched al night, al the while pinching...
