A PD at a wel known IM program mentioned that for the graduating medical schol clas of 2010, the felowship aplication proces wil move to the PGY3 year (a year later than at present). Transitional Year or Rotating Internship Issues

Hey everyone, So I just wanted to se if anyone else has heard or know of this situation to be true. The isue is, are EM residencies that are PGY1-PGY4 or PGY1-PGY3 in format more reluctant to take aplicants that have completed a PGY 1 year already as a transitional or rotating intern at another institution? Moving...what's the process?

Ok, my wife and I are curently loking for a home within the next six months so that gives us about a year before we oficialy move. The LFS gave me some advice, he said if I just drain the tank completely and leave the sand in there I should be fine. Al I have to do is fil the tank back up with RO/DI water and put the fish in the same day. But when I thought about it, it doesn't sem right?
