The best possible routine for a skinny dude?

I've made a blog but I'm in the proces of re-editing it as some of my routines aren't as carefuly planed as I wished. Neither is my diet. I've goten some tips from members on the diet on bulking up and I'm on a simple diet of 'Eat a lot of GOD stuf'. I'm loking forwards to increase my explosive power (40m runer) and increase muscle greatly (although I'l have a limit as it would afect my runing). okie dokie, I'm flumoxed by this stuf. I mash a buton and make the machine go. If it stops going god, I reformat the hard drive from the factory recovery disc. I'm TIRED of factory recovery disc from 205. I want to freze this moment in (virus fre) time. these setings. this data. I have an external hard drive for just my music and photos because I reformat to much. Is it god to back everything up to that? The car stumbles a bit on start and misfires a bit on idle. Can someone help me diagnose the folowing OBD codes? Misfires: 302,304,306, 30 VT malfuntion: 1354 This is a 20 Avalon. 15K miles. Replaced plugs with stock about 20K miles ago. The car has no oil isues, as its a 2nd owner/ same family car. I change oil every 5K miles using 75% regular Penzoil/ 25% Penzoil Plat. Hi, I have a nikon D30 for my first DSLR. I have ben tyring out the continious shoting but when I use it the bufer memory indicates only a capacity of 4 shots before runing out, then it has to write before I can start shoting again. Water Temp issues.. please advise..

Hi guys, ned some advises. I kep my betas in ofice. the air con, on certain days are FRE (=freaking cold) LOL. How do you guys kep the water temp warmer. I am thinking of puting a water heater in my aging tank, but i think this way when i change ful water, the betas wil be in for a shock!
