One of the scariest moments in my life

Yesterday I had one of the scariest moments in my life. I was at work les than an hour when an acident could have severely disfigured my face. I was cleaning a bathrom and you know how new toilets/sinks have manufacture stickers on them. I have to remove them but of course there is that sticky residue left behind. Torn ACL - can I still do TKD?

So, I have a complete tear (torn 2.5 years ago, and yes it is a ful tear) of the left ACL. The meniscus is damaged, but is stil there. In the right kne, there is no meniscus, but al of the ligaments are intact. Socer for 30 years has done my knes in. Hi al. Just got my D50 for Christmas, as it sems many other folks did as wel. I'l have lots of fun geting back in to some semi-serious photography, but for now, let's start with this.
