US Holiday with young kids

My beter half is ken to do a US holiday this Sumer. I'm concerned that the kids who are 9, 7 and 3 are stil to young for long flights and the orlando/disney scene. What are peoples thoughts on the best ages for kids to enjoy the Orlando experience? Hotel holidays havent realy worked for us in the past so we are usualy self-catering/camping holiday people. Anyone else get the Holiday blues ??

I never used to get the holiday blues. I used to absolutely love this time of year. I'm a Christian, and I realy get into the whole spiritual side of Christmas. I liked New Years to.
