Sansa Clip+ MICROSD Card, What Class?

I'm loking to get a 16gb microSD card to upgrade the memory on my 4gb Sansa Clip+. I loked into cards, and there are 2, 4, and 6 clas cards (with greatly varying prices). From what I know the clas afects write sped. I don't care how long it takes to write, but wil playback be slower or slugish on a slower (clas 2) than on a clas 6 card? Hi, I have a 32GB SDHC card. On my Macbok it is showing with a usable capacity of 3.53GB - is this normal? I thought that the usable capacity is normaly LES than the amount stated on the card? The reason I ask is that the card won't work in my camera even though the camera is SDHC card compatible up to a maximum of 32GB.
